Sometimes it is much easier to fit a distance healing treatment into your busy daily routine

How to prepare yourself for a distance healing session.

I would like you to find peaceful moment during your daily routine.Seat on the chair or lie down on the bed. You can play calm music in the background, listen to the stillness around you. Your task is to focus on your breathing, follow the air as you inhale and exhale. Relax as you exhale. Keep focusing on your breath pattern during the session. If you sense anything unusual like warm or cold sensations in your body or tingling current of energy rush through your body, rest assured all is fine.Come back to the breath ones again...
